Pork Souvlaki!!!

Just incase you dont know what this is...is is a greek dish. Its a wonderful Greek dish.
Here is the simple recipe!!!
1 pork loin
3 bell peppers (red and green mixed)
2 onions (medium)
1/4 C. Soy Sauce
Juice from 1 lg. Fresh Lemon
1/2 C. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 large Garlic Cloves Crushed
salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbls. Oregeno
Cut Onion and Bell Peppers in large bits
(large enough to fit on scewer)
Cut pork loin length wise, then it cubes. (do not cross cut)
Mix soy sauce, lemon juice, olive oil, and garlic...salt and pepper and oregano.
add to bell peppers and pork
saute for four hours in refrigerator
take scewer and place bell pepper, onion and pork on every other one, until scewer is full. Grill till cooked pork is cooked through
serve with pita and tzatziki sauce over a bed of rice.
